• If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return the product for a full refund of the purchase price.
• The returned product must be unopened and undamaged.
• Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for certain products such as bath textiles or cosmetic products in connection with health protection and hygiene.
• If the returned product is damaged or does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
